Automated daily Jira sync and reporting

📋 What is This?

This dashboard displays automated daily reports from two Jira organizations: egovhealthcare and openhealthcare.

Reports are generated daily at 8:00 AM IST and include:

  • My Tickets - All tickets assigned to you
  • Status Changes - Tickets that changed status in last 24h
  • Completed - Recently completed tickets
  • New Tickets - Tickets created in last 24h
  • Team Activity - Per-person daily work summary
  • Needs Attention - Stale, blocked, or high-priority tickets

🔄 Data Sync

Data is automatically synced via GitHub Actions:

  • Runs daily at 8:00 AM IST (2:30 AM UTC)
  • Fetches all accessible Jira projects
  • Tracks changes via incremental sync
  • Generates HTML reports
  • Updates this dashboard
